Return Policy

Our policy is valid for 30 days. If it has been 30 days since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the condition in which you received it. In addition, the item must be in its original packaging.

Several types of merchandise are exempt from returns. Perishable items such as food and flowers or even newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept returns on items that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases.

We require a receipt or proof of purchase to complete the return.

Please do not return your order to the manufacturer.

Refund (if applicable)
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received your return. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed and you will automatically receive a credit to your credit card or original payment method within a specified time period.

If you placed an order on our site and total delivery time (please see Shipping Policy) exceeds 31 days, you are automatically eligible for a full refund. Take in consideration that this waiting time is highly unusual.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable).
If you have not yet received a refund, first recheck your bank account.
If you’re unsure, contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially sent.
Next, contact your bank. There are often longer processing times before a refund is sent.

Reduced Price Items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items can be refunded, unfortunately reduced items cannot be refunded.

Exchange (if applicable)
We will only exchange items if they are defective or damaged. If you would like to exchange your item for the same item, please email us at [email protected].

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and was shipped directly to you, you will receive a credit for the value of your return. Upon receipt of the returned item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase or the gift giver shipped the order to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, who must be aware of your return.

Shipping
To return your product, please address it by mail to: PI2 MEDIA SRLS, Via Fosse Ardeatine, 14, Gabicce Mare, PU – Italy.

You are responsible for paying the shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the delivery time for your return item may vary.

If you are shipping an item over €50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee receipt of your return.
