The delivery time frame for your order is divided into 2 main parts:

Shipping Time: Refers to the time it takes for the items to be shipped from our order center to your destination. Expect your order to be delivered in 5 to 24 days*.

Standard Shipping (Insured, Prioritized + Tracking Number)

Standard shipping usually takes approximately 5-24 business days*. All orders are shipped by DHL, an international secured postal service. After processing and leaving the warehouse, it usually takes between 5 and 24 business days* for items to arrive at their destination, but may take longer from time to time, especially during high volume order seasons.

Your order will be shipped with YunExpress, Sunyou or DHL. There’s no given choice and every order will be shipped so to guarantee the best service and delivery time.

If you placed an order on our site and total delivery time (that takes into consideration Processing Time + Shipping Time) exceeds 31 days, you are automatically eligible for a full refund. Take in consideration that this waiting time is highly unusual.
